All dishes are created from fresh local ingredients and cooked to order. It is possible to adapt many dishes to wheat and gluten free versions. All soups and sauces are home made from our own fish/meat/vegetable stocks which have no flour or stock cubes added. As we do not buy in any pre-prepared food, there is no chance of any unexpected additives!
