Offer a wide menu of safe gluten-free meals, for example, cottage pie, fish pie, roast dinners, and sausages, nuggets and fish fingers, etc.
Most items are home-made, and care is taken to ensure that when coeliacs make them aware of their needs, the food is safely prepared for them. They bake juvela rolls, and make home-made sponges, etc., using the Coeliac Society's Food & Drink Directory to ensure that safe ingredients are used. Have a large dining area and garden with play area, and can cater for parties of up to 40 diners (with notice, of course!).
